Jennifer Anderson, MSPH, RDN is a registered dietitian nutritionist, mom of 2, and cheerleader to parents feeding kids through the Kids Eat in Color movement.
She helps parents reduce their mealtime stress and helps them get their kids eating and trying new foods. Before Kids Eat in Color, Jennifer contracted for the National SNAP-Ed nutrition education program that helps families receiving SNAP make their food dollars stretch, she worked at a food bank coordinating Youth Nutrition Programs in communities with low resources, and studied food desserts in Baltimore City. She takes a no-judgement approach to nutrition; different families have different access to food and different priorities. She loves broccoli for breakfast and wouldn’t dream of a life without potato chips.
